CWNet nbn Connections

At CWNet, our preference is always to connect you to the CWNet Fixed Wireless Network. That’s what we’ve built from the ground up, that’s what we do best, and that’s where we can truly deliver the fast, reliable, and affordable service we’re proud of.
But sometimes, that’s not possible.
In those cases, we may offer you an nbn® connection.
A few things you should know upfront
We’re not here to compete with the big boys on price. We can't offer flashy promotions or short-term discounts. Our plans are straightforward, fair, and as low as they can sustainably be — and that’s it.

The nbn® is not our network. We will still give you the same excellent local support you know us for. But the nbn® itself is outside our control. Outages and maintenance are run by nbn®, not CWNet. Speeds can vary depending on location, technology type, and nbn®’s infrastructure, and we cannot guarantee or influence how fast or consistent your nbn® service will be.

There is no compensation for nbn® issues. If the nbn® goes down, we’ll notify you as soon as we’re made aware. But we cannot change the timing of outages or offer compensation, that is simply how the nbn® operates.

Prices may change... nbn® wholesale pricing is set by nbn®, not us. If they change their rates, we will have no choice but to pass that on.

You’re not missing out! As we’re always expanding, if CWNet Fixed Wireless becomes available at your address in the future, we’ll let you know so you can make the switch.

What you still get with CWNet
Local service from real people

You’ll always talk to someone in Bathurst, not a call centre. No long wait times, no being transferred from department to department, just direct support from people who actually know your connection.

Honest advice

We’ll tell you straight what’s possible, what’s not, and what you can expect.

Our commitment to you

Even if we can’t put you on our own network, we’ll do our best to keep your internet reliable and your experience hassle-free.

Bottom line: If you can get CWNet Fixed Wireless and it suits your needs we will be thrilled to connect you.
If not, we’ll help connect you to the nbn and still give you our trusted local customer service, we will go to bat for your if you have service issues, we are just limited by the constraints of the nbn.

Plans and Pricing

Our plans are simple.
The price you see is the price you pay.
We don’t do discounts, promos, or short-term specials. We keep prices as low as possible and that’s it.

Because the nbn® sets wholesale rates, prices can change. If they go up, we have to pass that on. If they go down, you’ll see the benefit.

There are no hidden extras. You’ll know exactly what you’re paying for from day one.

If you want cheap teaser deals or bundles with things you don’t need, the big telcos are probably a better fit. If you want a fair price and local support from real people in Bathurst, that’s what we offer.
